Last Week…

The U.S. equity markets all took a short lived breather for the week – except for Large Growth.

  • Even the more popularly watched indexes – the Dow and S&P 500, both suffered under the weight of the Value stocks retreat.
  • The Dow was down more than 1% and the S&P more than 0.5% while Large Growth advanced 0.6%


  • Commodities added nearly 1.0%.
  • While all Foreign equities gave ground.

Bond investments on the other hand all gained except for Foreign Bonds.

  • Short Term Treasuries, Short Term Corporate and High Yield Fixed Income remain the only positive bonds for the YTD.
